What NFC chip do the cards use?
NTAG215 — compatible with all modern iPhones (iPhone 7+) and Android phones. No app required on the customer's side.
Can I get my logo on the cards?
Yes. After checkout, email your logo to support@mrvltechnologies.com and we'll apply it before production.
Are the cards pre-programmed?
Yes — each card ships pre-programmed with your TapTrust review link. Hand them to your team and they're ready to use immediately.
What if I need to reprogram a card?
You can reprogram any card from the TapTrust iOS app using the NFC Write feature (Pro plan and above).
Do I need a subscription to use the cards?
The cards work with any TapTrust plan, including Free. A subscription unlocks analytics, team management, and advanced tap modes.
